The 6000 watt cleaning focusing lens adopts an F1800 focal length. When cleaning, it is about 1.5 meters away from the surface of the workpiece and has two blowing paths to better isolate pollutants and protect the lens from contamination.
Cleaning speed is faster and more efficient. A 6000 watt system can clean approx. 27m² of oxide layer, 90m² of rust, and 20m² of paint per hour (depending on laser parameters and material).
Requires no additional grinding materials or chemical solvents. No noise, dust, or harmful substances. Steam generated can be easily removed through the exhaust system.
Cleaning width can be adjusted freely from 200 to 500mm. Suitable for both narrow parts and large surface areas, meeting various specifications and industrial scenes.
Highly mobile compared to stationary counterparts, making it ideal for on-site tasks in industrial settings, historic restoration sites, and manufacturing plants.
Used for rust removal, paint stripping, historical artifact restoration, and surface preparation for welding or coating, maintaining the integrity of the original surface.
