Q3 What is the lead time for production?
Generally, it is 20 -30 days after the drawing is confirmed.
Q4 Can you provide after-sales services and replace defective products?
Yes, every defected products will be replaced, and the cost will be borne by us, or we will send new ones to the customer immediately if it is urgent. However, it would take some time for the first production and almost 0 bad feedback from our customers after that.
Q5 How can I get the quotation?
Please send us information for a quote: drawing, material, weight, quantity, and request. We can accept PDF, ISGS, DWG, and STEP file formats. If you don't have a drawing, please send the sample to us, and we can quote based on your sample, too.
